We can protect your home by understanding how insect behaviors vary from season to season, our pest professionals are able to implement an effective pest management program to help keep your home pest free.
SPRING
Spring is when insects work to increase their population, so we focus on pest treatment applications that will control their population and protect your home. The treatment concentrates on the exterior of the home where insects live and breed, as well as entry points into your home. To prevent insect invasion, the technician will apply treatments that will eliminate the colony, and provide long-term defense against infestation.
Each SPRING, we will:
- Remove spider webs around your home.
- Apply treatment to entry points around the home, including eaves, utility boxes and attic access points.
- Treat exterior hot spots, such as doors, windows and along the foundation, as well as food sources and likely shelter sites.
- Spray along the foundation and in landscaping.
- Apply granular bait for roaches, ants, and crickets.
SUMMER
Young insect populations eat greedily during the summer months while they grow and mature. They are more active during warmer weather, so we are likely to see more of them. It’s a good time to protect your home and treat landscaping and areas where they live around your home.
Each SUMMER, we will:
- Remove spider webs and apply repellent to prevent repopulation.
- Treat exterior hot spots and entry points around your home.
- Apply granular baits to decrease insect reproduction.
- Spread granules in rock beds, mulch, bark and thick grass.
- Spray along driveways, sidewalks, patios and landscape features.
FALL
Insects are now building up their reserves for the winter, and actively seeking shelter. Because they are slowing down, they are more vulnerable to predators. Your home can provide the perfect haven. Now is the time to protect your home and work to keep them out, a technician will establish a barrier around your home by treating the pathways insects use to access the structure, and caulking entry points such as those found around windowsills and doors.
In preparation for FALL, we will protect your home:
- Treat exterior hot spots, such as doors, windows and along the foundation, as well as food sources and likely shelter sites.
- Fill cracks and crevices with caulk to block access points where insects could gain entry.
- Spread granules in landscaping, thick grass, bark, rock beds, and mulch.
- Remove spider webs from outside the home.
- Apply dust treatment to entry points around the home, including eaves, utility boxes and attic access points.
